Tammy M. Hughes

TAMMY M. HUGHES, 49 of Aliquippa, (Independence Twp.) died in the comfort of her home with family at her side, on Tuesday morning, May 5, 2015.

Born July 15, 1965 in Sewickley, Tammy was the beloved daughter of William and Patricia (Hefferan) Hughes.

Tammy was a former student at New Horizons School,  and a member of the New Bethlehem Presbyterian Church. She loved bingo, playing with Legos, and when younger, she enjoyed participating in Special Olympics.

In addition to her parents, she is survived by a brother and his wife, Brian and Tammy Hughes of Chippewa; and her sister, Janet Hughes of Hopewell Twp..  She was the beloved aunt of Tyler Hughes, Tyler Puharic, Joshua Stillwagon, Kaylee Hughes, Tanner Hughes, Jonathan Stillwagon, and Justin Stillwagon.  Also surviving are numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.

Friends will be received Thursday from 2-4 & 6-8 p.m. at the MOODY FUNERAL HOME, Route 30, Clinton, PA where her services will be held Friday at 11 a.m.  The Rev. Randall Clow of the New Bethlehem Presbyterian Church will officiate.

Tammy will be laid to rest in the Clinton U.P. Church Cemetery.
