Alessandro “Alex” Sardo

Alessandro “Alex” Sardo, 57, of Clinton, PA, passed away unexpectedly on June 7, 2022. Alex is survived by his wife of 17 years, Lee Ann “Missy” Sardo, his sons Andrei Sardo and Andrei’s wife, Shelby, Emile Sardo, Jimmy Yoder, and Michael Sardo. He is also survived by his parents, Mario and Mirella Sardo, brothers Daniel Sardo, Roberto Sardo, Moreno Sardo, and sister Cristina Sardo, along with numerous nieces and nephews. 

At the time of his passing, Alex served as the US Information Technology Manager for BSM Global, Inc. Always curious, bright, and innovative, Alex used his intellect and tenacity to propel him throughout his successful career. His love of the sciences started at a very young age as he experimented with chemistry and electronics long preceding his work as a programmer and developer. Alex traveled the world developing and implementing software solutions to drive efficiency and growth efforts for various industries and consistently sought new knowledge that piqued his curiosity. His talents and interests included robotics, manufacturing consumer electronics, leveraging technology for automation and a list of projects too numerous to mention. 

Alex will be remembered for always using his skills and experiences not only to enrich himself but to make wherever he lived a fairer, better place. 

He loved and supported his family and took pride in all they did. He will be missed dearly, and we will cherish our memories with him. 

A gathering to celebrate his life will be held on July 3, 2022.
