Joseph S. Rybacki, Jr.

JOSEPH S. RYBACKI, JR. passed away November 2, 2023 at Moon Township Rehab and Wellness Center, at the age of 90.

Born to an immigrant coal miner and his American wife, he was a hardworking, thrifty, private man. He could make things out of parts and pieces. “Skeets” was a veteran of the Korean War and is now with his wife, Sylvia, and his best friends and brothers, Carl (“Rabbits”) and Bob, and many beloved cats, sheep, goats, and Daisy the deer.

He leaves behind his children: CindyAnn Mortimer, Geriann Rybacki and Guy Joe (Joy) Rybacki; grandkids: Crystal (Matt Nelson) Mortimer, Natalie (Jason) Crooks, and Carissa Roy; great grandkids: Gabriel Shope, Jayson Crooks, and Cassidy Crooks; along with his many rescued cats, neighborhood turkeys and deer, plus the occasional skunk. He was a friend to every critter that walked through our yard. May he rest in peace and sunlight.

Friends will be received in the MOODY FUNERAL HOME, 1227 Route 30, Clinton, PA 15026 on Saturday, November 11, 2023 from 2 until 6 pm. There will be no service, and interment will be private in the Hopewell-Hebron Cemetery.
