Daniel G. Hufnagel

DANIEL G. HUFNAGEL, 78, of Clinton, PA. passed away Sunday evening, August 12, 2018, in the comfort of his home.

Son of the late Ernest and Jessie (Eaton) Hufnagel, Daniel was an U.S. Army Veteran with a generous heart. A need, even as a teen, to see to the care of many family and friends. From humble beginnings, he began building homes and rental properties. He then built Pittsburgh Bridge Rigging Company with the help of his pre-deceased sister-in-law, Evelyn Hufnagel.

He is survived by his beloved wife, Cherokee Sue; united in marriage in 1992; a daughter, Denise (John) Godich; a son, Josiah Hufnagel; step-daughters, Kathy King and Tamela Moore; stepsons, Michael Moore and Terry Moore; eleven grandchildren; nineteen great-grandchildren, and two great-great-grandchildren; a brother, Ernest (Eleanor) Hufnagel; a sister, Janet (John) Latshaw; many nieces and nephews; and one very cherished niece, Beth MacLaughlin.

He was preceded in death by his first wife, Catherine (McMahon) Hufnagel, and a cherished grandson, Christopher Guzma.

Per his request, there will be no visitation. Cremation services have been completed by Moody Funeral Home.
