Frank W. Neal

FRANK W. NEAL, 82, of Clinton, passed Wednesday morning, May 7, 2025 at UPMC Shadyside. Born April 21, 1943 in Sewickley, he was a son of the late Frank and Nina (Potts) Neal, and his step father, David White.

Frank had worked as a Field Service Engineer in the construction industry, and was veteran of the US Marine Corps, serving during the Vietnam War as a Lance Corporal.

He is survived by his wife of 60 years, Donna (Baker) Neal; daughters, Betty Romine and Nanette Neal. He was the grandfather of 8, and great-grandfather of 10.

Family and friends will be received in the Moody Funeral Home, 1227 Route 30, Clinton, PA., Friday from 2-4 and 6-8 pm where his service will be held Saturday at 11 am. with Rev. Ted Chapman officiating. Cremation will follow with entombment at the Cemetery of the Alleghenies, Bridgeville, PA.
